I don’t want to buy any fancy stuff. Something simple, with stuff I already have at home.

I want to jump start my diet and I heard the best way to do it is to detox “cleanse” your body first. Any one know of a natural concoction??? here are a few i’ve tried….watermelon, maple/cheyanne pepper/lemon juice and “cleansing supplements” anything new would help.
